Our knowledge engineering teams are dedicated interdisciplinary teams fostering innovation to improve family health. We seek to improve the pharmaceutical care value chain through tech, which focuses on platform development and product scalability; biomedical engineering, which focuses on a deeper understanding of diseases and risk factors in order to develop personalized medicines for prevention and treatment; and research, which aims to broaden our scientific foundation.
To ensure a strong talent pool, we seek partnerships with universities and research institutions to develop our internship and fellowship programs.
Internship program
Our internship programs are designed for undergraduate students with backgrounds in tech, biomedicine, or health sciences. As part of our programs, students have the opportunity to obtain valuable insights into the development of medical products and put their talents to the test.
Health management
We aspire to be an ally for families in the transformation of healthcare and help them protect one of their most valuable assets: their health. Therefore, one of our main priorities is to address the needs of payers, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical professionals.
We believe that the transition to a patient-centered and value-driven healthcare system benefits both patients and providers.
Our knowledge engineering teams play an important role in accomplishing this by developing care management solutions with a holistic approach that goes beyond reproductive health and, therefore, improves women's health.
Fellowship program
Our fellowship programs provide an opportunity to join one of our teams. Master and PhD students get to know us as prospective future employers and help us improve our operational performance and develop better products and services. After completing our fellowship program, we want the best of our fellows to take on positions within the company.
